Swim, Sweat, and Play with no Worries!! Introducing Microblading a new way to enhance your features!

Do you have sparse or barely there brows?  Is there a gap or scar that just won't grow in after months or years of trying? Maybe you're just tired of filling in your brows every morning just to give them right amount of thickness or fullness?

Once again Bare Fruit Eyebrow Specialists are here to save the day with the new and innovative technique called Microblading aka 3D hair strokes. This is a semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo that is going to save you time in the morning and give you the confidence you need to conquer your day!

Microblading is a semi-permanent technique, that is manually done with a natural feathering approach to give you beautifully designed brows with a fuller and thicker finish. This eyebrow tattoo is a minimally invasive process where sterile, hypoallergenic cosmetic pigments - custom blended based on each client's skin tone and preferences - are placed under the top layer of the skin using single-use disposable sterile needles.

Please Read to find out if your are an ideal candidate for this procedure:

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  1. People who don’t want to spend their time applying makeup

  2. People who need to look good every day and  expect to maintain a certain level of grooming

  3. People who enjoy sports, swimming and the beach

  4. Those suffering from alopecia and hair loss from medical treatment

  5. Those who suffer from bad eyesight & who have trouble applying makeup

  6. Those who just don’t like the ‘made-up’ look and want to look great in no time

  7. Those who are always in a rush and feel that applying makeup is a luxury they just don’t have time for

NOT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  1. Oily Skin- You are not a good candidate if you have very LARGE pores or Severely Oily Skin.  Your results will appear softer/solid or powdered looking because the pigment may "bleed" under the skin. The pigment may not even take hold or will fade very quickly.

  2. Pregnant. This procedure can be done if you are nursing. But anesthetic will not be applied to your skin.

  3. Laser removal of the eyebrows or old PMU will cause more scar tissue.   This can cause the pigment to fade prematurely or look blurry.   There is also a chance that the pigment won't take at all.

  4. If you are or have been on ACCUTANE (or any othe acne medications) for the past year.

First you will make a Microblading Consultation Appointment. This consists of shaping your natural brows. During the consultation we will discuss your desired eyebrow design. We will choose a color (we have over 20 to choose from) that matches your skin tone and hair. These steps will help us determine the final look. This appointment takes place 3 days before your actually eyebrow tattoo appointment. You will also fill out paperwork and leave a deposit.

On the day of the eyebrow embroidery appointment we will draw the desired pattern onto your skin and once perfected an anesthetic cream will be applied to the area for at least 30 minutes.  Once you are numb the treatment will begin and upon competition a soothing lotion will be applied to aid with the healing process.

Microblading aka eyebrow tattoo will stay true to its nature, so expect to feel slight discomfort. It does vary from person to person and there will be an anesthetic applied throughout the procedure. Ive been told its more of an annoyance than painful.

Everyone’s skin heals differently and most clients develop patchy areas or the appearance of fading after the first treatment.  Some skin types will heal faster than others, while some skin will retain the pigment longer. It is important to understand that this is a two part process and the second touch up treatment will complete the procedure and, after healing, you will see the finished result.

  • The color will appear darker during the first 4-10 days. This is because the pigment takes a few days to settle in to the layers of the skin.
  • After about 10 days, the top layer of the skin peels off, leaving a softer, lighter color below. Color WILL fade/soften anywhere from 40% to 60%. The result is a natural looking enhancement.
  • Itching may occur. This is a good sign as it means the skin is healing.
  • Some swelling is normal.  The area may appear uneven, dry, itchy, tender, red & irritated. This is all 100% normal.  DO NOT PICK.   These symptoms will disappear each day and vary per individual basis.

In the first appointment, a shape is established, saturation occurs, and the first set of hair-stokes. The second appointment is to refill the pigment; fill any spots where pigment did not take as well, or where the hair-strokes have faded (which is common), often using a slightly darker pigment, to give a more realistic, 3D appearance. You don’t have to come to your second appointment if you don’t feel it’s necessary. However, I highly recommend it, particularly in the case of hair stroke brows. They will last longer if you come in a second time – and there is no additional charge for this. You will need to return for your touch up treatment no later than  4-6 weeks after the first treatment.

Microblading results tend to last between 1 and 3 years. It totally depends on the person's overall health and individual physical make up. environmental factors such as UV Rays ( it is best to use sun block).

Thin Hair Strokes applied to the superficial layer of skin. Lasts for 1 to 3 years. $595.
