Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships may be cancelled through your client portal at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll retain access to your membership benefits through the end of the billing period, plus a 14-day grace period to use any remaining credit.
Can I use this at both locations?
Yes. Bare Fruit Club memberships may be used at all Bare Fruit locations unless otherwise stated.
Does it roll over if I don’t come?
Yes. Unused membership credit rolls over month to month as long as your membership remains active. If your membership is cancelled, any remaining credit must be used within the 14-day grace period.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade your membership. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What’s excluded?
Membership credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another client, or applied after the grace period. Certain specialty services, promotions, or limited-availability offerings may be excluded unless otherwise stated.
Is this club only for brows with Shari Saint?
Yes. The Shari Saint Brow Club is exclusively for brow services performed by Shari Saint and is subject to her availability and schedule.
Can I use my credit for brow add-ons?
Yes. Membership credit may be applied toward brow add-ons and enhancements. Add-ons are not discounted unless specifically noted and may require additional out-of-pocket payment if the service total exceeds your available credit.
