cANCELLATION
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same Day cancellation or reschedule is 30% of booked service total. (Each client gets 1 pass a year.)
- Rescheduling your appointment the same day, does not avoid the fee.
- If you are late your preferred specialist may not be available to perform your service , if we have another specialist availble to perform the service and you deny that slot, standard same day cancellation policy applies.
Appointments
- Walk Ins are accepted but service is not guaranteed.
- Appointments are strongly recommended and are on a first come, first serve basis.
- 8 minute grace period for appointments 20 mins or more.
- 2 min grace period for appointments 19 mins or less
- If you are late we can not guranteed that your specialist will have the time to complete all services booked
Confirmations
- Confirmations are sent out by text 48 hours in advance, ignoring the text results in automatic cancellation of the appointment to avoid fees and no shows.
- If you do not answer, please do not just show up, your original appointment slot can not be guaranteed.
- If you confirm then cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the cancellation of 50% whether you call or not.
Communication
- All Memberships and Package concerns or questions should be emailed to [email protected]
- Texting is highly recommended to avoid miscommunication and improve customer satisfaction.

- If you are running late or cancelling, please call or text as soon as possible.
Conduct
- We love all babies and toddlers, but please arrange childcare if your appointment is over 30 minutes.
- No inappropriate advances, including suggestive stories, touching your sugarista w/o permission, uncontrollable erections, sexual innuendos etc.
- We reserve the right to charge for the full service total if you violate the conduct policy
privacy policy
- Any personal information given to Bare Fruit Sugaring & Brows will not be shared, sold, or misused.
- We will retain your information for as long as necessary, please send an email to [email protected] to remove
memberships
- Laser Hair Removal Membership Benefits must be used monthly to see results.
- Memberships remain valid until cancelled by email by client (you) to [email protected].
- LHR Memberships can be frozen for up to 6 calendar months. Memberships can be cancelled at anytime by client (you) via email or Bare Fruit Sugaring for non-payment or misconduct.
- Laser Hair Removal Membership payments will be taken on the 1st of every month.
- Standard appointment/Cancellation policy apply.
- Paid Value does not expire (Any prepaid treatments that are unused will convert to dollar value store credit).
- May not be combined with any other offers.
- Sugaring Membership Benefits that are unused for each month will roll over.
- Roll over benefits can be used at any time before membership expiration.
- Unused benefits expire the same day of membership cancellation. Paid Value does not expire.
packages
- Laser Hair Removal (LHR) packages expire in 4x package in 12 months / 8x package in 24months.
- Must be used in consecutive monthly appointments to see results.
- Laser Hair Removal Packages are paid in full upfront.
- LHR -1 package available per person indefinitely.
- No package refunds, packages are non- transferrable.
- Any unused portion may be exchanged to store credit. Paid Value does not expire (Any unused prepaid package sessions will convert to dollar value store credit.)
- Standard appointment/Cancellation policy apply.
- May not be combined with any other offers.
- Sugaring Packages can be purchased more than once.
- Sugaring Packages expire in 18 months
refunds
- There are no refunds on services, packages, or memberships.
- Your Paid value does not expire. If you, for whatever reason are not able to use your prepaid and unused services, you will receive an account credit for the dollar value to use towards other services or products.
- You may exchange unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
- Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with in 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit of 30% will be utilized towards the cancellation fee.
treatment results
- All Specialists are trained to be efficient at their bookable treatments. We aim to provide quality treatments in a comfortable environment with low maintence treatments.
- We use our professional judgment to suggest, deny or reschedule your treatment, if we believe your desired service results will not be satisfactory.
- We will not perform a service that will not benefit the client.
- Aesthetics is not exact; results will always vary from person to person, based on different genetic factors. nothing is guaranteed.
- All payments are for the treatments performed, not for a specific result.
